For me, yoga is a path that opens our hearts and changes the stained glass through which we look at the world. It slowly removes the masks we’ve learned to wear and brings us back to the place where we feel at home — within ourselves. From that place, we can then open to the world.
As Sharon Gannon, the founder of Jivamukti Yoga, says: “Magic is a shift in perception.” And that is the kind of miracle yoga can bring — a transformation we all need.
I first encountered yoga as a child, when my father instilled in us values such as kindness, non-violence, and non-greed toward all beings and Mother Earth. He used to say: Be content where you are, with whom you are — because we are all one.
These values later became the foundation stones I found again in Jivamukti Yoga — a method I fell in love with, have been studying and practicing for many years, and share with deep passion and sincerity.

Yoga came into my life at a time when I was searching for myself — when I realized that life isn’t just about numbers, performance, or perfect results. It was a moment when I felt the need to return (back) to myself — to my inner world, to my body, mind, and breath.
Through yoga, I began to rediscover my values, my femininity, and my tenderness. On the mat, I love practicing vinyasa and yin yoga. Off the mat, yoga is for me about patience, being present, and finding inner peace — which, for us Aries, is quite a challenge! It’s also about learning not to judge, for we never truly know what lies behind another’s story.
I’m looking forward to the moments we’ll share together on the mat. I believe that those moments will bring a little extra sip of yoga into your life, too.

I am deeply grateful that I had the opportunity to meet yoga already in childhood — thanks to my mother. Yoga has therefore always been a part of my life, just in different forms.
I tried many different styles and approaches until I found Jivamukti Yoga — a method that fascinated me with its depth, structure, and complexity. In my practice, I like to integrate experiences from other disciplines such as dance, art, language studies, pedagogy, and Indology.
Community and togetherness are essential principles in yoga for me. Through my presence — on and off the mat — I wish to inspire others. My intention is to help everyone discover their own path towards our shared goal: the state of yoga.

I truly believe that if everyone on this planet practiced yoga, we would all live together in harmony, peace, respect, and love — and the Earth would be a happier place.
I first encountered yoga when I was about fourteen. After completing my 75-hour Jivamukti Teacher Training in Berlin with Anja Kuehnel, I continued with the 300-hour training in Menla, USA, under the guidance of wonderful teachers Ruth Lauer Manenti and Hachi Yu, with mentorship by Juan Sierra, and later a 90-hour Teacher Refinement Course with Yogeswari and Ruth Lauer Manenti, focused on the Bhagavad Gītāand The Art of Sequencing.
Besides teaching yoga, I also continue my original profession as an actress, musician, and singer, and I host for Czech Radio Vltava. In the past, I created several yoga-themed podcasts and today I am the voice behind the Jógovna podcast.

I believe that through the practice of āsanas we can transform not only our bodies and minds — but also the way we see the world around us. We can change our daily perception — and through that, our actions — to become more compassionate, gentle, deep, and clear toward everything and everyone around us.
In my classes, I teach a dynamic vinyasa style, emphasizing the union of breath and movement, accompanied by music that enhances the joy and emotional depth of the practice.
Through sound, mantra chanting, meditation, and conscious breathing, we gradually align body, soul, and awareness — creating an inner pathway toward healing and strength. My wish is to share the joy and love that yoga continually brings into my own life.

Yoga is connection — of body, mind, and spirit. I believe it also connects us with one another, creating a community that cultivates beautiful human qualities such as empathy, patience, and kindness — toward ourselves and toward others.
These are the qualities I try to bring into my classes. My classes are dynamic, but always rooted in the connection between breath and movement, with respect for each student’s physical possibilities and inner state that day.

Yoga — or rather āsana practice — was first introduced to me by my aunt when I was fifteen. Since then, I have returned to it with different intensity — mainly as a physical discipline that provided me a grounding point amid the constant dance of emails and fast-paced work life.
Then came a turning point — darkness, illness — and all that remained was “just” yoga. That’s when I decided to truly study it, to understand it deeply. Now, as a teacher, yoga serves as a channel for directing energy where balance can be restored — where healing can happen.
After completing my first Yoga Teacher Training, my path naturally led me to Jivamukti Yoga — a practice that had already drawn me in years before. Later, it brought me to the 75-hour Jivamukti Teacher Training in Barcelona.
Alongside dynamic forms of yoga, I also study trauma-sensitive approaches to movement and deep relaxation techniques such as Yoga Nidra.

Yoga has influenced me since childhood. I owe the fact that it has become my life path to my teachers, my loving family, and my wonderful students.
I approach both the study and teaching of yoga with humility and joy — it is my calling. My classes are a blend of natural movement and āsanas, music, poetry, and meditation. I like to leave space for playfulness, inviting students not to strive for perfect poses, but to discover their own sensitivity and the innate intelligence of their bodies.
I believe that anyone who wishes can find a practice that becomes an anchor in daily life — a return to joy and lightness rather than effort.

Yoga came into my life at a time when, due to demanding ballet training,
I needed something to balance and care for my tired body.
But over time, yoga revealed so much more.
It taught me to listen — to my body, to myself, and to everything around me. It helped me to soften, to overcome my ego, and to reconnect with what truly matters.
My path eventually led me to Jivamukti Yoga, which I instantly fell in love with. Since then, I have been a devoted student of this method. In 2020, with great humility, I decided to begin sharing yoga with others.

Through yoga — its philosophy and physical practice — I began to truly meet myself. To understand my body, to explore its possibilities, and to marvel at its wonders. At the same time, yoga allowed me to look deeper into my mind and gradually elevate it.
For me, yoga is the meeting of body, mind, and soul in the present moment. It opens a gateway to an ever-present state — a homecoming to the place that reminds us of the infinite beauty of being and of life itself. A state that whispers softly: everything is as it should be.

Yoga is much more than a physical practice.
It is, above all, a work of the mind —
a path we can walk to live in peace with ourselves.
It teaches us compassion and love — toward ourselves and others. It teaches us patience and the art of slowing down. It teaches us to live consciously.
In my heart, I believe that our deepest purpose is to live in harmony with God — with the universe, with nature. We may use different words, but the essence is one: Love.

I love nature and movement.
Through yoga, I have come to understand many things and found my way back to myself. It taught me self-love, acceptance, and the ability to simply let things flow. Yoga brought harmony and understanding into my life — a safe space for healing, self-discovery, and growth.
It continues to offer these feelings whenever I need them — and so much more.
Yoga is that sacred moment when mind, body, and breath unite — when we touch our own soul. A moment of harmony, infinite possibility, and spaciousness.
In my classes, I aim to create a safe space for your practice and expression, so you can find your inner balance — your harmony.
